Traditional wine from the northwest region of La Palma, made from red grape varietals, Negramoll, Muñeco and Listán Prieto. Tea wines are named after the heart of the Canary Island Pine (Pinus canariensis), specifically the so-called Pinos Padre, trees between 150 and 200 years old, whose pith or heart provides a reddish-coloured wood called TEA.
Traditionally, these wines were made from a blend of varietals, both white and red grapes that remained in the barrels of this precious wood for the whole year, resulting in a rosé wine characterised by its peculiar aroma and flavour of Tea.
