CAN Listán Negro and Vijariego wine

Bodegas Tajinaste was founded in 1977 as a generational successor to the winemaking tradition of the García Farráis family. The vineyards are included in the Denomination of Origin Valle de La Orotava. The oldest vines, of the varieties Listán Negro and Listán Blanco, were planted around 1914, with a unique training system called "Cordón múltiple trenzado" (multiple braided cordon). For several years we have been working on the cultivation of autochthonous varieties in simple cordon and Royat, which will soon give rise to new projects.
